1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HMU Mobile application or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of HMU Mobile, including subscribers to any plan tier.
2. Eligibility
HMU Mobile is available exclusively on iPhone devices with eSIM capability (iPhone 12 or newer). You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a plan. By using HMU Mobile, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Plans and Billing
Plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. The Essential plan provides 5GB of data, the Core plan provides 20GB, and the Global plan provides 40GB. All plans include unlimited talk and text within the United States. Data overage is managed by throttling to reduced speeds after the plan limit is reached, unless a data pass is purchased. Payments are processed securely through the App Store. HMU Mobile does not store your payment information directly.
4. eSIM and Network Services
HMU Mobile operates as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) using licensed spectrum from national carriers. eSIM activation is performed entirely through the app. HMU Mobile makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted service. Network availability may vary by location. Coverage is subject to the limitations of our network partners.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HMU Mobile services for unlawful purposes, to resell data, to generate automated traffic, or to interfere with network operations. HMU Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies without refund.
6. HMU Culture Features
Features including HMU Radio, HMU Events, HMU Shop, and HMU Benefits are provided as supplementary services to your wireless plan. These features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. HMU Benefits points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points expire 12 months after the last account activity.
7. International Roaming
International data passes are available as add-ons for select regions. Pass pricing and availability are subject to change. International roaming is subject to the terms and coverage of partner networks in each country. HMU Mobile is not liable for service interruptions while roaming internationally.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your plan at any time through the HMU Mobile app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. HMU Mobile does not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. Refund requests related to App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HMU Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions, even if HMU Mobile has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Modifications to Terms
HMU Mobile reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
