Device identifiers and eSIM provisioning data are collected to manage your wireless plan.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to activate and manage your wireless service, process billing, provide customer support, and deliver HMU Culture features such as Radio, Events, and Benefits. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share necessary data with our network carrier partners solely to provision and maintain your wireless service. We may share data with payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure services under strict data processing agreements. We will disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users.
HMU Benefits and Culture Data
Participation in HMU Benefits, HMU Radio, HMU Events, and HMU Shop may involve collection of preference data and activity history to personalize your experience and calculate rewards. This data is stored within your account and is not shared for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. After account cancellation, personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law. HMU Benefits data including points history is deleted upon account closure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the HMU Mobile app. You may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@hmumobile.com. Residents of California and the EU may have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively.

HMU Mobile services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Your continued use of HMU Mobile after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
